CDE Lightband proudly supplies Internet, Cable and Phone service to the Clarksville Tennessee area, but will be phasing out the email service. Those who have existing email domains have been grandfathered in, but you cannot add or receive a new email domain through CDE Lightband.
The existing domains are outdated, and information necessary to troubleshoot certain issues with them is limited. We of course will do what we can to help with any issues or questions you may have. If you currently have an email domain with CDE (firstname.lastname@example.org), please contact Technical Support at 931-648-8151 and provide the email address you are having issues with.
What can we help with?
- Reset or change password
- Inbox settings (spam management, date, time, etc.)
- Setup account on device
Note: Because the email service itself is outdated, it may not be compatible with some devices.
Still having issues?
If our attempts to troubleshoot the problem are unsuccessful, we recommend switching to another email domain provider. Google's Gmail service or a Yahoo account are both good options where you can create an account and open your email inbox for free.
