The Guide is not set to the correct filter. To change the Guide Filter press the “guide” button on the remote until it reads “subscribed”.

Video signal blocked?

Verify that the Guide filter is set to "Subscribed", using other Guide filters may display channels in the guide that are not included in your package. If a channel that should be included in your services is displayed as blocked, please contact Technical Support for further assistance. 

Channel currently unavailable?

This message may mean that the channel is down, or experiencing issues in the feed or on the provider's end. Please report potential channel outages to Technical Support
